The Galileo lamp, available again after years, represents an extraordinary example of how a noble material like glass can be shaped to create exceptional lighting effects. Its distinctive element is the diffuser, recreated through a milling process of a single block, composed of multiple layers of glued glass. This processing, which requires state-of-the-art equipment and numerous hours of meticulous precision, allows for achieving a flawless and translucent surface.

The Galileo diffuser is the result of profound knowledge of glass properties and the most advanced processing techniques. Every detail is curated to ensure that the glass, once illuminated, becomes a “jewel of quality and magic,” diffusing a warm and enveloping light into the environment.

The glass is elegantly paired with a CNC-machined aluminum support. This not only faithfully reproduces the original model but also integrates a modern 12W LED engine with a high color rendering index (CRI 97). This perfect fusion between glass and metal enhances the purity of the design.
